tapley sneak peek.

i have to admit that i have been so excited to post the photos from this session. andrew and i had THE best time with the tapleys. during the entire session…did we stop laughing at all?? we had such a good time with them, we wanted to keep hanging out afterwards. also, i should mention that kristen is one of my students and i love having her in class. it was so fun to see her style come out in these photos…she has such a cool look, i literally could have photographed her for much longer than our allotted time. here’s a glimpse of our afternoon~

locke sneak peek.

our saturday afternoon (yes, we are still on that day!) proved to filled with “all girl” families. the lockes were very laid back and up for whatever we suggested. we so appreciated meeting ya’ll and hope you enjoy your photos~

locke-38we did individual shots of everyone, but i couldn’t resist posting this one because it was during hers that i realized she looked like a younger susan sarandon…anyone else see that?

2 sessions left from the day…

ray sneak peek.

this sweet girl and her mom were so much fun to be around. one of our favorite things is to watch the interaction among families, and you can definitely tell when a family truly loves being around one another. i hope that we captured this mother-daughter bond because it was so beautiful to see! enjoy~

.

.

ray-17i know there’s not a lot of “nature” in this shot, but it still has a fall feel somehow. i like it. :)

.

ray-21i love love love it when families love on each other.

.

ray-25is there any doubt that these 2 are related?

.

ray-38throughout the shoot, we kept saying how photogenic they both were. it was so hard to go through these and narrow them down!

.

ray-51i couldn’t decide between this one and the one below, so you get both. :)

check back for more sneak peeks coming soon (maybe even later this afternoon!)~

.

freiler preview.

the freilers were our 3rd family on our busy saturday morning. a family of all boys, i wasn’t sure what to expect, but they were tons of fun. andrew (my husband) is from a family of all boys, so it was fun to have a glimpse into his days of childhood. :)

.

freiler-4one thing we noticed immediately was how much this family loved each other…loved talking, laughing, and just being together.

.

freiler-19i wanted to have some shots of them interacting, so when i asked them what a family of all boys did, they showed me! :)

.

freiler-20the older boys really were very sweet with their youngest brother. like i mentioned above, this was one of the most loving families to be around.

.

freiler-57thank you freiler family! we loved spending time with you!

.

eubanks sneak peek.

next on our busy saturday was the eubanks family. i have their oldest daughter in class, and it is always fun to see my students outside of the typical school setting. andrew and i had a great time with this family that we characterized as being filled with laughter and energy! this is a great thing for taking photos, but it made it hard to narrow it down to favorites. here a a few that stood out to us…

.

eubanks-6are they not a gorgeous family? this is a bit of a more traditional shot, but the black shirts and the stone wall behind them make it work.

.

eubanks-16i love how this captures the laughter of sisters. those of you with sisters know that you just laugh differently with your sister than with your friends.

.

eubanks-68loving the blue wall…

.

eubanks-50thanks eubanks family! we loved hanging out with ya’ll!

.

stay tuned for more families from the day~
